Received today and tried it with my neuro-divergent 6 year old. We both found it fun, exhilarating, and surprisingly relaxing afterward. However, it arrived with marks and discolorations suggesting it might be used/returned—disappointing at full price, so docking one star (4/5). It functions properly so far, and I've registered for the 2-year warranty just in case. The power plug receptacle feels quite flimsy; inserting the plug took noticeable force, and the surrounding plastic seems prone to cracking. Hoping frequent plug/unplug cycles won't stress this weak point. Looking forward to adding it to our daily routine, mastering the controls/settings, and trying the resistance bands soon.
A coworker recommended this product, she stated how much she enjoyed the vibration plate. I've used the vibration plate twice now. The setup was easy and i'm enjoying the vibration plate and looking forward to the changes in my body.
It’s got a lot of levels! I actually like the acupressure thingies on it so it’s kind of massaging your feet. But don’t buy if you have huge feet! I’m a size 10 ladies and my feet are pretty much as wide as the plate.
I’m not sure if it truly does anything yet, but I’ve used it 3 out of 4 of the last days and I feel pretty good. I definitely think it’s better if you do exercises while you’re on it, but that’s just me!
