You can feel it working right away, highly recommend to start at the lowest level and for 5-10 minutes depending on your body’s tolerance, my body started itching at the very beginning of using it but as soon as I stopped it calmed, I feel it working and the price was right!

This was recommended to me a while ago and I finally got around to purchasing it. I walk, run, hike and snowboard so utilizing this after a workout session has helped me bounce back quickly! I love the manual mode but also the added workouts that target certain needs! I recommend this to anyone!!
