I’ve only been using the Hexaplate Lite for a few days, but I love it. I’m trying out the various positions in the instruction book and using videos to get the best use out of it.

I've used a vibration plate before and I didn't like it made me feel,so I was skeptical about this one. But I am pleasantly surprised, this one does not make me feel weird. So far so good. Fingers crossed.

I have only had my Hexaplate Lite for a few days, but I am loving it. I look forward to using it in all the ways illustrated in the instruction book, and the training videos.

I got my plate today and only had time to sit with my feet in it for 15 minutes. All I can say is WOW! My feet felt so much better after having them in there for such a short period of time!
