I have only used a couple of times so far. It’s sturdy. Has decent vibration for a machine of its size and price.

Just received but am hoping for improved bone health. So far it is a solid machine with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Losing some weight and toning up a bit will be great bonuses. Excited to see what happens
