Bought this just try and see if it would increase some blood circulation and help with balance since I have heard positive things about that and so far it has.

I have to say I love my vibration plate! I use it daily and my legs feel amazing when I get off of it afterwards! I would say hands down, my favorite purchase this year!

I have chronic back pain and was a little worried it might aggravate things but the many speeds and programs has allowed me to start slow. I’m really enjoying my new routine with no pain.
