I have never used a piece of equipment like this before. It's very relaxing to be honest and wasn't expecting that. It made my spine feel strong. I am very much enjoying it.

I really like my lifepro hexaplate lite. Easy to use and started vibration sitting in chair on P0 because I am new to this. It does seem to loosen up my legs and hips with no effort. It feels good.

I was skeptical about buying this product but after using it I can feel it working. Also I have a fractured femur head and deal with pain a lot in my hip and using this relieves the pain
