I have been using the HexaPlate Lite about a month now, and I love it! I really thought it might be gimmicky, but since getting it I hardly go a day without using it. I have vein insufficiency and it makes my legs feel better. I feel like it has really helped my legs in terms of toning up my thighs. I don’t think it has really helped me lose weight, but I do think it helps speed up the process along with diet and exercise. I do wish it had more programs and options. I researched several vibration plates and this was a great product for the price! I would definitely buy it again or upgrade.

I Use it every day for 10 min or every other day if I exercise. Easy and simple to use, good for the whole body

I was so surprised when I opened the package! It’s a lot bigger and more substantial than I expected. I thought it wouldn’t be that great due to the price, but I was pleasantly surprised.
