I received this for my 60th birthday and I am excited to start and I like how thorough the booklet is. I wanna go full force but I read that 5 to 10 minutes to start over several weeks which is confusing to me but I'm going to follow because I want the results. I remember my mom having a vibration thing around her butt that shook around 50 years ago, lol

I’ve only had this a few minutes and already love it. Shipping was quick. This feels pretty sturdy. It’s easy to setup and get started right out of the box. Definitely glad I ordered two. One for my work and one for home. I’ve already used it.
