I’ve been using my vibration plate for 3 months or so. It works really well.
I do think the instructions are a bit confusing for programs but general functions are easy.
It is not as powerful as it was originally, but still helps my joints.

I was afraid when I purchased the vibration plate it was going to be cheaply made. It’s not! Very sturdy, works as it should and I’m enjoying using it!
