I live on the top floor of my apartment. I was worried it would be loud through the floor that my downstairs neighbor would hear the vibration. But nope can't hear a thing!

I am new to this world! (hold on please while I press pause on my Hexaplate Lite)...ah, easier to text now, hahaha. I purchased this for its detox capabilities as I am MTHFR/C666T homozygous and my body does not detox effectively, or at all. This vibration plate is everything and more. There was a sale so I ordered two more as gifts. I got the purple to match the theme of our latest campaign. To Health!

Excellent Addition to My Workout

I researched different vibration plates for a few months and finally decided on Life Pro after reading the reviews. I received yesterday and immediately started with a few minutes. I love this machine. Tonight I moved up to 10 minutes. It really relaxing and energizing. Can't wait to see what it will do in a few weeks!
