This is my first day using the Lifepro vibration plate. The instructions were very easy to follow and accurate. Exercise tips and exercise quick start guide motivated me to use it soon as I completed set up.

I had surgery recently and was very constipated from the gas they gave me. I stepped on the plate to try it out and within a few minutes, I had to use the restroom! It was such a relief.
