i was defintely doubting this product would help with my soarness in my neck and shoulders . to my surprise i amsleeping better . and i feel like i am stand and moving bettter tooo. my only complaint would be my feet kinda hang over the edge .

This is the first plate I've ever owned so I have nothing to compare it to and I've only used it one time since I got it but I will say it's not bulky, not heavy and the manual is easy to read. I'm really hoping it'll help my nerve issues and maybe shed some pounds also.
