Better than I thought

I wasn't sure how much exercise I would actually get from this machine but thought I would give it a try. I've only used it once so far and I can feel that it actually does work. I have fibromyalgia and can't do a lot of exercise but just standing on this while it was running worked the muscles in my legs, rear and back. I will have to build up to a longer time but it was far better than I was expecting.

I have only used this for a week, but I do feel more firm in my legs and thighs. Time will tell if it helps with my lymphodema and body fat loss. I think it has the added benefit of relaxing the nervous system.
