I've been using it for almost a full month now, with a break after an unrelated knee injury. I feel like I worked out for hours after a quick 15 session! Can't wait to see more improvements in my strength and flexibility.

I’ve only used it once so far. It’s an adjustment. Hoping it helps with lymphatic drainage.
