Invigorating

Never use a vibration plate before. I find that it is invigorating when I use it during the morning, but I put it on a lower setting in the evening and strangely enough it’s seems to destress me. Too soon to report results, but I am using it consistently and enjoying it so far.

Saving my mobility

I am 81 years old and very mobile yet. Unfortunately being older I have lost some of my muscle tone and lower body strength. I do not have any major problems except for atrial fib which is under control. I feel that this is the perfect way to help me begin to reclaim my muscles.

We're very happy with this unit. It's easy to use and safe. I wish I would've bought one with a higher weight limit, I'm pushing it.

I sit all day at my desk and thought this would help w/ circulation & lymphatic drainage. Tonight is my first night to use it but I’m excited as my sister and niece love theirs.
