The product is worth ever penny. Has a lot of speeds and the user manual provided even gives you ways to use the product for exercising different ways.

I’ve only used it once since I just bought it. It was definitely something completely different than any other exercise I’ve done. I really felt it in my legs. Hopefully, it’s beneficial.

Used only once but I can tell this is fantastic. I was surprised to find that I purchased this brand as they advertised to be made in America but all over the box it said made in China.

Am an elderly woman..with mobility issues, balance in particular and some blood circulation issues.
Was curious if a vibration plate would help versus just exercise...interesting it does! Used am & pm. My legs feel stronger, leg cramps are less often at night. All from sitting in a chair. My next step is to attempt standing (using support at first) to improve balance.
Have I started a new use for the Vibration Plate?!
