Very sturdy

I recently purchased this vibration plate and so far I am very pleased with its performance. The platform is nice a sturdy and the functions are easy to operate. The user manual is detailed and easy to understand. I’ve used the Hexaplate every day and have no complaints.

I suffer from back issues and this machine was easy to install. I got on it and within 5 minutes I noticed the relief. I also tried the resistant bands and they are good for beginner. Wish they came with different level of resistance.

Exactly what I Needed

My good friend has one and I’ve been hesitating to get one of my own, but after talking to a couple of different personal trainers and doing a little more research, I realized it was exactly what I needed. Primarily using to help with balance and stabilization as well as increasing my metabolism and improving my bone density.
