Great for keeping my body flowing!

I started off with a slow movement & time, & have worked up to the complete 15 minutes! It feels great, & I'm learning some movements I can do while on it to help me. It's light-weight, & quiet! This was a great investment!

I just used it for the first time today and like other reviews have said, the plate you stand on is way too small. I wear size 8.5 women’s shoes and my toes are almost off the plates. Other than that, it’s worked good once

It’s compact enough to store away while also being large enough to use for exercise. Enough speed to be useful and target core and work different muscles while also being relaxing

It works wonders! Has definitely helped with my back stiffness. Acupoints do kind of hurt use thick socks. Overalll great investment!
