New to vibration plate

I'm brand new to using a vibration plate and after looking at all the reviews this one was the best for me. It has been very easy to use and I love that it came with resistance bands for an arm workout. I wanted this for the lymphatic drainage as I have been having swelling in my legs and after use I have notice a change. I can't wait to see how I'll feel after a few weeks of use.

Bought these for pain in both of my knees. After just two uses the pain has subsided. I only expect more from this machine.

I just got the Hexaplate Lite Vibration Plate by Lifepro and think I’m going to love it! It’s very user friendly. The amount of exercises one can do is amazing! It seems to be a great quality piece of equipment. The speeds are exciting to play with too! It also has these nonstick suction cups on the bottom and I found that to be interesting for people with tile or marble floors. My only negative comment is the accupoints. I think I would prefer it to be flat. But, then again we shall see. I can tell from only being on it once, how much it can work your whole body!!
