No idea how to use

The product has no instructions on how to do any exercise. It has a 2 tiny page line drawings with positions but no instructions.
If you want to learn you can BUY a getting started poster.

Vibration plate lite

It's a little different than my mini. I hope my husband's feet will fit on this. It seams to like both your feet on it at the same time, when I went to put my weight on one leg it stops. So just have to change up my routine. And it's a little thicker than the mini so it won't slide under my table. I am sure it's just a matter of getting used to this one I just received it today.

I am enjoying the product. Starting out slow but so far I am liking how I feel other than the sore muscles which I was very surprised to feel. Hoping as I work in more time I can improve my balance. I feel like I am moving better but we will see. Still recovering from a car wreck in 2017 but this product has made me feel more optimistic again!
