The device seems sturdy and well manufactured. Wish the length of the footplate was longer for my husband's big feet. Hoping to see some results.

Pulled the trigger on the vibration plate since the price can't be beat. It's been really fun to use and I love that there's a booklet of exercises and many programmed modes.

Its been only a week, but I love the way I feel while on it. Its relaxing. Will keep using it daily for at least 30 minutes, and cant wait to see the results.

I have so much energy and I feel it in my abs and all I did was stand on it for 15 minutes per day and sit on it for 15 minutes per day
