The HexaPlate Lite is Great for Beginners

The HexaPlate Lite is simple to use for a beginner like me. It comes with an easy to understand manual, a remote and exercise bands. It feels good after a workout or in place of a workout.
There are a variety of ways to use it, standing on the plate or sitting in a chair and placing your feet on the plate. The remote is easy to use and very helpful in case you ever feel off balance while it's moving. The remote can turn it off safely.
I think it is a good part of a home fitness plan.

Cord connection issues

I like using the plate but with every workout the cord wiggles loose from the unit and stops it. It's frustrating to have to get off and replug it and start the time and speed again.
