You can feel it working right away, highly recommend to start at the lowest level and for 5-10 minutes depending on your body’s tolerance, my body started itching at the very beginning of using it but as soon as I stopped it calmed, I feel it working and the price was right!

I already own the Rumblex Plus 4D that I love so wanted to purchase something smaller for travel. This hits the mark for me. It is small and light weight enabling to take with me. It works great!

I’ve only had this vibration plate for a day, but so far so good. I like the different settings/speeds of vibration. In order to register for the warranty they want you to immediately review.
