This was recommended to me a while ago and I finally got around to purchasing it. I walk, run, hike and snowboard so utilizing this after a workout session has helped me bounce back quickly! I love the manual mode but also the added workouts that target certain needs! I recommend this to anyone!!

Powerful but noisy

Powerful vibration for a small machine! My issue after some use is it’s very noisy and I’m not sure what is causing that.
