I was really looking forward to getting my hexaplatelite, so I was thrilled that it arrived 3 days early. Everything was secured in the box, remote came with battery installed (always a plus for me). Turned machine on and it works great!! Instruction booklet is thorough and has work out times and different exercises. It also has preprogrammed settings for the workout results you want.
