As a person suffering from severe scoliosis this plate is a life saver. It loosens your muscles so you can have somewhat of a normal day. Its like a stand up message.

I’ve only tried it right out of the box (it smells a bit like rubber or chemicals or something not super pleasant- hoping once it airs out for a bit it will go away. The machine does seem pretty sturdy and is perfect for someone my size (5’2” with a size 7 shoe). Anyone with feet much larger may have trouble unless you don’t mint hanging them off the front or back a little! Can’t wait to use this more though. The hexa plate lite is pretty much a winner in my book!
