Remote sucks

The remote doesn’t work with the plate. I gotten 3 replacement remotes and none of them work either. Plus it took forever to get an understandable user manual.
I have only used a few times and would love to get a refund but it has been way too long since I bought it because I kept on waiting for replacement remotes.
