Obsessed already. My husband and I work out on an almost daily basis and I feel like this is going to help so much with recovery & muscle build! My husband was on it for less than a minute before he said he felt a release in his sinuses - that’s a huge win!

I received this for Christmas from my wife due to having a lot of previous injuries from a lifetime of sports. This vibration plate feels great to use and it makes my back and hips feel great considering they are always aching. I've only had this a few days, so I'm looking forward to all the benefits and feeling better overall.
