it is quite enough that you can use it while watching TV. Has lots of settings so you can find one thats right for you. It is a great workout for the off days from the gym or helps a great deal when you are sore or stiff.

I bought the black one and I couldn’t wait until the Amazon driver brought it to my front door. I ripped into that box so fast and set it up even faster. I’m in love! The burn is real but I didn’t let it defeat me I set it for beginners and use it until it stopped. Great product!
