Amazing for a healthier life

I got this vibration plate after doing several research looking for a good price and a highly recommended product. I found LifePro at an excellent price and I'm very happy with it.
I am using it every day and gradually doing different exercises on it. Wonderful videos on your Facebook page. I recommend this product a 100%.

Love after first use

Just got it. My daughter and I both have used it once. We're in an RV and were concerned about the vibration. We couldn't feel it when the other was using it. I have some balance concerns on steps, but felt very stable. Looks like sturdy construction and well packaged.
