I was skeptical about the whole concept but I have a red light therapy unit from Lifepro and it has saved my body multiple times. I love this plate! It makes me feel good all over! I did get the mini because of space and my size 10-10 1/2 feet barely fit, even without shoes, but it seems to not be a dealbreaker! Totally worth it!
