I'm an over the road driver and using this at the end of a long drive day really helps losen my joints and relieve pain. Doing it before bed helps relieve pain when I sleep!

The first time I had seen a device like this was many many years ago in a gym at a hotel I was staying at and ever since then, it has proven to me that it helps with circulation because where I have excessive body fat, I get an itchy sensation.
