I just received this vibration plate and am looking forward to using it. I have a good feeling about it and will update my review after I use it every day for a month. I must say that it's a well-built product and is very sturdy. I will give an update when I have more info!

I just bought this vibration plate and I have only used it for 2 days so far. But I am impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it. When I finish a session, I actually feel like I just got a workout, minus the sweating. (I hate sweating!) lol I will give it a go for a month and see what the results are. I have a good feeling about using this vibration plate. After the month, I will update my review. ?

This product has been incredibly helpful with pain management related to Lipedema. I bought one around this time last year and unfortunately it stopped working last weekend. Replacing it because I has improved my quality of life drastically.

I have used this almost daily for 7 months. I have had to replace the stretchy arms bands twice so that is why the 4 stars. The company was very nice about replacing the bands. One of my current bands is now totally stretched out but I feel bad about contacting the company a 3rd time so I’ve switched to using hand weights while on the plate. Machine works well and I like all the pre programmed 15 minute workouts.
