I have only had my life pro vibration plate for 2weeks however I am off to a great start and am enjoying doing some arm exercises while getting familiar with the vibrations.

Seems to be helping with leg recovery and a good way to work on stength and balance. I wish I looked at the weight limit before purchase because my husband is on the border of too many lbs. The instructions for using the triceps bands don’t make sense for what is actually available to hook them to.

Everything I Need

I am a beginner with fibromialgya. I figured I would start with the lite version. It is a really descent size! Bigger than I imagines. Has a few exercise attachments too and all the settings for a beginner. No set up was required, I only had to read the manual to figure out some of the buttons. My kids and I love it. I can't wait to use it to see the effects on my inflammation.
