1st day and it was easy to operate! Booklet comes with great detail of the different workouts you can do with the vibration plate. First 15 minutes were what I expected. I'm tired but it felt great! Day 2 I can't wait!

Amazing for size

I purchased the smaller size vibration plate to fit in my workout space, which is on the smaller size, and because the price was in my budget. At first, I wasn't sure if this size would be strong enough to help build bone density, yet I am amazed at how strong the vibration is! I've been using the P5 setting for 20 minutes a day mostly and feel great after using it. I'm using this vibration plate along with Algae Cal for osteoporosis, as I'm not a fan of the pharmaceuticals that are recommended and have bad side effects. I also have the Lifepro red light therapy band that I've used to help heal from rotator cuff surgery. I feel like it helped limit scar tissue that was forming. Lifepro has great products!

Just bought this and tried it. Seems to work very good and seems to be pretty well made.
Hopefully it'll help with my neuropathy in my feet as I've tried everything and nothing has helped so far. This thing will definitely shake everything up when standing on it.

It arrived a few days ago. I've been using it at least once a day. I was injured on the job 4 years ago this July and hoping it helps. I tore my meniscus and had surgery in 2024 and it already seems to be helping work out the stiffness in my knee.
