I ordered a very pretty purple started on 10 min. to get my body use to it. Planning on increasing gradually. I did get my Dr approval 1st. But definitely shakes you good!

Great instructions and easy to use

Not only do they make it easy to setup and use, but the instructions list what each level is for and how to get the best out of your workout. Too many times a company just gives instructions to setup and never explains the different levels or different ways to use the product. Lifepro does all of it. I highly recommend this product for price, ease of use, ease of setup and the extra mile they go to make sure you know the best way to use thiet product.
