LOVE MY HEXAPLATE!

I would highly recommend the hexaplate! I went with this version because it has design for acupressure for your feet and I’m so glad I did. Not only does the device provide benefits for balance, posture, and lymphatic drainage it also helps tremendously with my fibromyalgia. When I feel a flare coming on, I get on my plate and the pain melts away. On top of all that, it also provides vestibular and proprioceptive sensory input when my body is sensory seeking. If you needed a sign to get this plate, take this as your sign!
