Waver and Hexaplate

We started off with the Waver and all 3 adults in our family use the heck out of it. We have a non-verbal adult child on the spectrum and it helps him relax SO much (his anxiety can run pretty high at times). I decided that I wanted one for my home office and purchased the Hexalite. Perfect for starting or ending my work day.

I love using the vibration plate at my local gym and medspa, for all its benefits; but I wanted something that I could use at home that was inexpensive and portable. This Lifepro HexPlate Lite is it!
