The first time I used the plate I could barely walk 3 feet from my chair to the chair I put the vibration plate in front of. I put my feet on it instead of standing and probably only did it for 3 minutes. I got up from the chair and I could walk with minimal pain this time! My daughter used it standing for the first time and she had no issues. She says she is feeling better in her legs already! I can't wait to see where we go from here!

My Vibration plate

So excited to get started , and can’t wait to see exactly what the vibrations plate does for me. I can’t seem to fit exercise into my schedule as much as I like. I’m glad I’ve made the decision to purchase after seeing all the benefits it has. I’m a driver, which means I’m sitting most of the time and of course snacking; I’m not getting enough circulation and my ankles swell sometimes because of it. It’s a new arrival so haven’t started yet but I’m sure I made the right decision by purchasing one
