The vibration plate feels sturdy, with nice vibration. The cord is a little short for where I wanted to place it, I had to plug it into extension. But otherwise nice unit.

I broke my ankle six years ago. My leg aches and swells near the end of the day. I used the vibration plate for the first time. The aching was gone after the first use. Give it a try.

Choose Lifepro! Helps me tone and relax

I had a larger Lifepro years ago and when we bought a tiny home I reluctantly gave it up due to space. But I used it to help drain lymph, to help my legs that needed more circulation and to tone my arms. And it works! I just purchased the lite version which is the perfect size for us and our home. And I couldn’t wait to get started again!
