Works well for the price. Very compact. I would have given it five stars but have not had it long enough.

Broke after one month

I’m extremely disappointed with this vibration plate. First, the shipping was delayed, which was already frustrating. Unfortunately, the bigger issue came after delivery.
After only one month of very gentle use (a few short sessions per week, exactly as recommended), the machine completely stopped working. This was just normal home use - no misuse.
The build quality clearly does not match what is advertised. Fitness equipment like this should last far longer than a month. Instead, it feels poorly made and unreliable.
Given the delayed shipping and the fact that the unit failed so quickly, I expect a full refund. I cannot recommend this vibration plate to anyone looking for durable home fitness equipment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
