So far I love it! I bought the smaller one to put under my desk to let my feet/legs be on it while at my desk, going to try sitting and standing! I have a larger Lifepro one in my living room that I also use!

Got this about a week ago to help with lymphatic drainage. I’m only using it 15 minutes per day. Not sure yet if it’s working.
