I barely got the plate yesterday, plugged it in and used the plate just standing for 10 minutes. It works and does what most vibration plates will do. Hoping to use it in more ways for exercise..

I used a similar product at my chiropractor’s office recently and thought it was a great tool. Then I tried this life pro product at my friend’s house and loved it! It gave the same result as the bigger one at the chiropractor. I now can use this daily in my home. I love the compact size of it and it doesn’t take up a lot of room to store it. Great product for a great price!

I’ve only used it twice since I just recently received it. I have to say please read instructions….The do’s and don’ts are important. I love it the remote control makes it very easy to use and my 80+ bones felt very good
