First time user of a vibration plate….70 year old active female…
Pros:
1. Easy to set up
2. Small enough for my space
3. The surface stimulates the bottom of my feet
4. Vibration relaxes me
Cons:
1. Electric cord to short… keeps me too close to the wall
2. Instructions do mot include a detail explanation or visial of the control panel… like what does HH mean?

Best Decision to purchase this vibration plate

After day 1 of using this machine, I felt better than ever. I sit most of the day at my desk job and have for 20+ years. My skin is brighter, I feel more energetic and slept better than I have in decades. Its only going to improve from here on out, now that I have this life pro vibration plate. I wanted one for years and made the splurge to finally get it. It is definitely a treat. Thank you Life Pro!!!

I use the vibration plate every morning after hiking with my dog. The first one was leaving black marks on my floor. Company was great to work with and have the replacement setup and working as intended.

Just received my life pro machine and my husband and I have used it for two days before our workout. We are both athletes and feel it is a great warmup and good for after a vigorous workout from all the sports we do. So far we are enjoying using this machine.

So far so a good . Vplate is working as described as of 10-17-25. Remote works and vplate turns on manually too. Makes things jiggle didn’t know could move. It’s relaxing to my body and mind after 15min’s. Thx a lot glad to have finally purchased.
