This is my first try-sitting in a chair with my feet on it. It feels amazing-until you take your feet off. Little wobbly! Lol.

Excited about starting a routine, but I ordered the exercise chart for 25. and it did not come with the hexplate will I be receiving the chart separately? You can see by my receipt that it was paid for.

We got this as a Christmas gift not knowing much about vibration plates. Oddly satisfying and soothing. Would recommend this to anyone interested in upping their health protocols. I have cranky knees and it has helped them to feel better.
