A fantastic challenge

I thought that I’d add something different to my workouts and as a woman of a certain age I know that I need to work specifically on balance and this is a terrific addition! And who doesn’t need to work on core strength. I’m extremely happy w this purchase so far and I see that there are so many workouts to still try. Highly recommend 5 *****

Very Light Weight

So far this is a great product. I’ve only used it once, but I bought it to take with me on vacations as it’s light weight and small enough to fit in my carryon. It’s exactly what I was wanting, and I’m hoping it will help move the fluid as my larger vibration plate does because I do get more fluid retention when I am in El Salvador due to the heat and humidity.

Just received it, hoping it will help neuropathy in my feet. I’m initially very happy with the size and sturdiness of the plate. I’ve used it 2x’s and works as advertised. I’m satisfied with the Lifepro products I’ve purchased so far!
