Helps whole body

I bought it specifically because of my planter fascia. I couldn’t walk without pain. I went to PT which helped but I’d have good days & bad days . My job requires extensive walking & that was becoming harder. So I saw this recommended on reddit. Figured I’d try it out. I have noticed a difference in my pain. It isn’t gone but I have more good days than bad. I still do my PT exercises at home. After reading up on using a vibration plate there hopefully will be extra benefits to be had!

I can tell a huge difference in circulation and lymphatic drainage using this with the big 6. I also get a good workout to my arms when I sit and press my arms down firmly by my side. Great machine.
