I bought this Vibration Plate because it was recommended by Dercum's Disease Awareness. It is wonderful at disrupting nerve pain.
I am going to buy my S-I-L one. She has been borrowing a friend's. It helps her work on balance issues after a major stroke.

Followed instructions for beginner. LifePro was amazing. Reduced swelling and fluid. Felt the vibrations thru my feet, legs, hips and lower back. Just ten minutes had me standing taller & straighter. I love it!

Just set up my HexaPlate Lite and did my first 15 minutes. The machine is small and easy to move around. Set up was easy and the controls are simple. I am looking forward to using my plate daily!

I recently received my Hexaplate, and absolutely love it! The first time I tried one was in a tanning bed at the gym after a quick workout and my core muscles were on fire, and I told my husband I had to get one!! Hoping for weight loss but I’ll take the muscle relaxation if my goal isn’t obtained. Thank you, Lifepro!!!
