Sturdy and Simple to Use

Trying something new. Lifepro came highly recommended by a friend. The model I purchased is the Hexaplate Lite vibration plate. It is simple for a beginner.
It is supposed to be beneficial for back pain relief, joint relief, metabolism, boost stress relief, improves circulation, increased strength and flexibility, and develop stronger bones by increasing bone density.
It has a variety of different settings. I'm starting out with the lowest. It reminds me of roller skating on concrete when I was a kid. It feels pretty good.
I wear an EU42 shoe and I think the plate accommodates my shoe size well.

It’s great for the price

I bought this because there was a great sale going on and it’s definitely a good product for what I paid. I’ve used the Lifepro Waver before and admittedly I did like that a bit more. I don’t love the raised prongs on the board that you have to stand on. It reminds me of the old adidas slides that had all the prongs. I can definitely get over that though since it works as expected.

Great small vibration plate!

So far I’m loving the Hexpro Lite! I bought one for work and another for home and it’s almost the same as the Waver I have (loaned out to a friend). It’s a bit smaller and lighter but seems to stir things up just as well!
