Finding the Hexaplate Lite to be beneficial for muscle soreness. I know there are lots more benefits but I’ve only had for a week! I will keep at it!

I’ve been using my vibration board for a week. Im confused by the display screen and there was no workouts programs. But the basic function is great. I like how the time counts down and limits your use to 15 mins.

We bought this vibration/shake plate hoping to provide some sensory input for our autistic son, and it has become his favorite part of the day. He absolutely loves it!
The benefits for him have been clear and immediate:
Proprioceptive & Vestibular Input: The deep vibration provides the kind of whole-body sensory input he often seeks. It's both calming and organizing for his nervous system. We use it for 10-15 minutes when he seems dysregulated or needs a sensory break.
A Fun, Controllable Stim: He enjoys controlling the speed and watching how his body reacts. It's a socially acceptable, safe way for him to get the intense physical feedback he craves.
Supports Routine & Transition: We've incorporated it into his daily routine (e.g., after school). It acts as a clear transition activity that helps him decompress and be ready for the next part of his day.
Physical Benefits: We've also noticed it seems to help with his balance and body awareness in a fun, non-pressured way.
